This Privacy Policy explains how SkyPulse Inc. ("SkyPulse," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with this website and, once available, the SkyPulse product. SkyPulse is a financial technology company, not a bank — business accounts and commercial cards are provided through regulated banking and issuing partners, who have their own privacy practices governing account and transaction data.
1. Information we collect
Today, this site is informational and pre-launch. We collect only what you choose to give us:
- Contact information you send us directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your message, when you reach out through the site.
- Basic usage data, such as pages visited and general device/browser information, collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.
Once the SkyPulse product is live, this policy will be updated to describe the additional account, transaction, and business information collected as part of onboarding and use of the product — including information shared with or collected by our banking and issuing partners as part of account opening and KYB/KYC requirements.

- To respond to inquiries and communicate with you.
- To operate, maintain, and improve this website.
- To understand interest in SkyPulse ahead of product launch.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

- Our banking, issuing, and embedded-finance partners, once you engage with the product, to the extent needed to provide accounts, cards, and related services.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls limiting who can view it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the email below. We'll respond consistent with applicable law.

This site and the SkyPulse product are intended for businesses and business representatives, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. We'll update the date above when we do, and, once the product is live, provide more prominent notice of material changes.
